Barack Obama Is Smoke Free For A Year Says Michelle Obama

Hostess: Thank you, Senator A. Senator B, your party is accused as being the Party of No. Is there anything that Senator A’s party can do to the current Bill to make it a bi-partisan effort?

health care reform is not a Republican problem. It is not a Democrat problem. It is not a conservative problem or a liberal problem. Health care reform is a moral issue. People are dying because they cannot afford to stay alive.

The fact of the matter is, we had juvenile delinquency, political assassinations and violent crime long before talk radio, cable news, video games or any of this.

As a political advisor, and writer, I find myself scouring the Internet on a regular basis for articles and information that I deal with current political issues. From time to time, I will find one that will cause me to slap my head with frustration. Usually, these articles tend to have a title like, “President Bush is a Lizard Man in Disguise.” In this case, this article, which is meant to guide immigrants to this country, gives a horribly misleading picture of what has happened.

Former FBI agent Brad Garrett is well known in law enforcement circles. A hostage negotiator for 17 years, he’s the one who got confessions from the first World Trade Center bomber, the D-C sniper, the cia shooter and on and on. He’s worked so many big murder case in the last 15 years that it earned him the nickname as Dr. Death. His experience tells him what?

As with most Americans, we will probably not see a change until 2014 when the law goes into effect. Since we pay more than 9.5 percent of our current income for insurance premiums, we will be eligible for tax credits to pay for premiums, or help with deductibles and co-payments. These tax credits will keep the cost of our insurance premiums below ,750, based on family size and income. Additionally, our out-of-pocket deductibles and co-payments could be capped at 30 percent of cost.

So why are the insurance companies so dead set against it? Because they know that it will be far less expensive, far better plan. Basically it comes down to this: They don’t want the competition!

The federal government sat around with its thumb up its ass as the world’s greatest economic collapse since the Great Depression happened all around it. The response of the federal government once they did decide to act was to give trillions of dollars of tax money to the very people whose insane speculative investments had caused the collapse. You want more of that-in your health care?

The Many Benefits Of Health Care Reform

They have changed signs, phone messages, schools and school books and anything else they could, to be in Spanish. I fought for my job last year, because of illegals at HR Block, coming in for their ITIN’S, and the need to be proficient in Spanish. It has become a normal thing to be required to speak Spanish on the job. Did we have to learn Vietnamese or Italian or any other language to accommodate other people who migrated to the U.S.? No! I haven’t seen one printed item that had those languages added to the English version, except some instructions.

In all honesty, though it pains me to say this in writing, if those programs had not been made available to me, or if i had had lung or some other form of cancer not covered in the available programs, I would not have burdened my family with the financial responsibility of caring for me. They would never have known, unless perhaps they decided to have an autopsy performed, why I died so suddenly.

When Barack obama told us passing his 7 billion stimulus bill would ensure unemployment would never rise above 7.8% and that by 2010 the economy would employ 138.6 million jobs, he was either lying or recklessly uninformed. Nothing in the stimulus bill could guarantee that claim. Keynsian policies never have and never will create jobs but even if the policies did work, the claim was simply unsupportable. It was what is called an expedient lie. Like many we have heard over the past months.

I don’t believe the Government is going to do anything. President Obama or whoever is sitting up there is not going to lift a finger to make these people leave. They say it is impossible to know where all of the illegals are, yet HR Block and other tax offices, handle thousands of ITIN’s each year. An ITIN is an identifying process for illegals that lets them work, file taxes and get a refund back. We sent those checks to local addresses, that are a part of a permanent record. We can’t find them? The irs did!

Most brokers have an underwriting guide for each carrier they represent. If a client has a medical condition they can verify if the carrier is going to increase your premium or deny coverage. This can save you a lot of time filling out an application for a plan you might not qualify for.

Michael R. Blood, Associated Press Political Writer, has written an article titled, “Primaries from Calif to SC measure voter anger.” It should state “will measure voters’ anger” because nothing is known yet. What is going to happen on Tuesday is some questions will be answered. What type and how much political clout does the Tea Party movement really have? Have we been paying too much attention to them or not enough? Are incumbents going to pay a price for ramming the health care reform down our throats?

This has also been largely ignored by the so called “main stream media”, which is corporate owned. Also ignored is the fact that the number of poor closely mirrors the number of uninsured in america.

Senator B: The President is an ideologue who is bent on imposing his views on the America people. Calling the summit is really is a futile effort to give a semblance of bi-partisanship.

A New Health Care Plan

Riding a city bus can lend itself to many occasions for entertainment. Watching the old guy try and hit on the 17 year old on her way home from school. Overhearing the one-up-manship of who was in jail longer or who has been out the shortest amount of time. All can be very amusing for people watching during the commute.

Over the past decade I’ve gained a lot of weight but toward the end I’ve managed to lose quite a bit. This getting old can be a pain as your body doesn’t want to do what your mind plans to. The metabolism slows down plus I’ve had a hysterectomy which knocked the hormones and cholesterol all out of whack. Just meaning I have to be more aware of what I am eating and getting more exercise. Maybe I will get a Wii and learn to beat the grandchildren and get exercise at the same time.

So that’s why I say, this is actually a legitimate debate. I think that we can craft a system in which you’ve got a public option that has to operate independently, not subsidized by taxpayers — it would be nonprofit, but we’ve already got nonprofits out there like BlueCross BlueShield — that they would have to go on the market and get a market price for capital, so they wouldn’t be able to just have the Federal Reserve write them a check. I think there are ways that we can address those competitive issues. And you’re absolutely right, if they’re not entirely addressed, then that raises a set of legitimate problems.

I feel we are in the biggest fight of our lives with this issue. Health care for the millions of Americans is an almost impossible task. Adding 12 million people who really could care less about the welfare of this country, is a pipe dream. Is it fair? Absolutely not! Is it reality? Absolutely! We did this to ourselves. We allowed it to happen. We have stood by and let them takeover our country, one family at a time. We watch on tv them wading across the river in droves. We just couldn’t say no. The easy life was calling.

Hostess: Senator A, the president has called a summit to attempt to push healthcare reform forward. Do you think this shows that the president understands that the American people want both sides to work together to find a compromise and do what’s right for the country?

Another slight-of-hand trick Obama has been using is allowing White House officials to screen each member of the audience and each question to be asked. Obama then claims that he does not know what questions will be asked. The Associated Press pointed out a huge lie.

Although news of this idea is flying furiously around the blogosphere, it’s too early to say if it will gain enough support to have a chance. But if it’s included in the final health care reform bill it could be fascinating to watch what happens. If nothing else, it would allow all of us to see if a robust public option does indeed force insurers to be more competitive, by comparing a state that has it to a state that opted out. It could make for some interesting elections, as people decide if their state government made the right choice. It could even make some people re-think living in their state altogether.

According to its most recent figures, in 2009 there were 50.7 million people in the us (16.7% of the population) who were without health insurance. This is up from 2008, when there were 46.3 million people in the us (15.4% of the population) who were without health insurance.

The Big Lie About Health Care Isn’t What Joe Wilson Says It Is

Keep in mind, finally — and this is the last point that I’ll make — that you have a bunch of countries that have systems in which government is involved but you still have a thriving private insurance market — The netherlands being a good example. Everybody is covered. Everybody has care. The government has regulations in there. But it does not somehow take over the entire private insurance market. So I just want people to understand nobody is talking about a government takeover of health care. I want to repeat that one last time.

People talk about how the debate on cable news and talk radio is dominating the airwaves. Katie Couric, who supposedly is an abject failure with her evening newscast, has more viewers than O’Reilly, Olbermann and whatever’s on CNN at that time, combined. True.

health care reform is now teetering on the edge of total collapse. President Obama is already talking about trimming the plan way back to cover areas that both parties agree on. This means that at best we will see some weak plan that solves little or nothing. Alternatively, the entire bill may just collapse under its own immense weight and fall apart completely.

All we’re trying to do is to make sure that those decisions that are being made in the private marketplace aren’t discriminating against people because they’re already sick; that they are making sure that people get a good deal from the health care dollars that they are spending.

I took care of myself too. But despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, one day, after my children had grown, I discovered a lump in my breast. Every day it grew noticeably larger. I couldn’t have known, but i suspected, that i was dealing with an aggressive form of breast cancer.

To be fair the bill has some good points. There can be no pre-existing condition exclusions. Your policy can’t be cancelled on you. Insurers are supposed to pay the claims in a timely manner. I wonder if this means they can’t keep sending you those little forms to fill out to clarify your claim.
